Objective: Patients nasal RTPCR positive on MHD from April-November 2020 were included. Study design-Observational study. Analysis includes clinico demographic profile&outcomes Methods: Clinical profile-fever,cough,acute gastroenteritis .Oxygen required in 55.7%, CPAP-35.8% and mechanical ventilation-7.07%. Mortality-in 86. Factors affecting mortality-age,D.M,delayed presentation to hospital, Leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, qsofa>1,Hypoxemia,need for oxygen,CPAP,mechanical ventilation (p<01). Results: Prevelance of COVID MHD patients- 1.06%.
