Objective: In order to know the therapeutic benefit of nicotiflorin in the medicine here in the present work numerous literature data has been collected and analyzed. Biological effect of nicotiflorin against renal impairment has been investigated in the present work through literature data analysis of various scientific research works. Therapeutic benefit and pharmacological potential of nicotiflorin in the medicine has been also investigated through literature data analysis of various scientific research works.  Methods: Literature data analysis revealed the therapeutic benefit and pharmacological potential of nicotiflorin in the medicine. Literature data analysis revealed the biological effect of nicotiflorin against renal impairment as nicotiflorin administration revealed significant protective effects on renal injury through reduction of caspase3 and improvement of renal cellular changes. However other pharmacological study also signified the therapeutic importance of nicotiflorin in the medicine.  Results: Literature data analysis revealed the therapeutic potential of nicotiflorin in the medicine against various form of renal impairment. Conclusions: Objective: Flavonoidal compounds are important class of phytochemicals found to be present in different plants and important to the human being due to its health promoting benefits. Flavonoidal compound have been used in the medicine for the treatment of urinary, cancerous and cardiovascular disorders.
