Objective: This study uses  2020-2021 research from more than 10 journals published internationally. The method used is descriptive and comparative method from several countries in analyzing the action in kidney transplantation for patients based on the literature review conducted. Methods: The results show that from several journals used, it can be seen that COVID-19 has a very significant influence on the kidney transplant process, even the death rate is quite high. There are currently no immunosuppression reduction strategies for kidney transplant recipients with COVID-19.  There is a need for a sustainable infrastructure in the Management of kidney transplant recipients that can provide reliable medical care both before and after transplantation. Early withdrawal of anti-metabolites is strongly recommended especially those who are positive for covid COVID-19. Kidney transplant programs should establish internal protocols where to perform PCR testing, maintain distance, use proper PPE, and to incorporate telemedicine. After transplantation, it is required to continue to follow health protocols and in several countries there have been efforts by health workers who provide home health care to add hospitals, distinguishing hospitals with COVID-19 patients. Results: The transplant is carried out if the patient has health conditions and delays if Covid 19 is detected. Conclusions: Objective: The current global health crisis is the COVID-19 Pandemic. The pandemic caused by the severe Evere acute respiratory syndrome virus (SARS-CoV-2) has caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. Commodities such as hypertension, diabetes, kidney failure and other cardiovascular diseases have a high risk of contracting COVID-19 and will worsen the patient's condition to the point of death. Kidney disease, which is a comodity, is a great opportunity for COVID-19, which of course has an impact on kidney transplants. ​This study aims to describe how the efforts of health workers to patients who will perform kidney transplants in the world.
