Hyponatremia is the most common electrolyte disorder. Still, management of hyponatremia is uncertain. Recently, some research was performed about the clinical usefulness of copeptin on the diagnosis of hyponatremia and management of symptomatic hyponatremia. This lecture will introduce recent evidence and suggest some recommendations.
