Objectives: Herbal drugs and medicinal plants have been used for the development of numerous medicinal preparations for the treatment of numerous human health complications in both developed and developing countries. Herbal medicine and their derived products have been used for the treatment of numerous health complications of human beings and playing an important role in health care system for the treatment of different types of bone diseases.  Methods: In order to know the biological importance and therapeutic benefit of chrysosplenetin in the medicine for their effectiveness against various form of human health complication, here in the present investigation numerous scientific literature databases have been searched and analyzed. Further other pharmacological activities of chrysosplenetin have been also investigated through literature data analysis of numerous scientific research works.  Results: Literature data analysis of numerous scientific research works revealed the biological importance of chrysosplenetin in the medicine for the treatment of bone loss. In the literature databases, biological potential of chrysosplenetin on osteogenesis has been investigated and found to improve osteoblastogenesis. Literature data analysis revealed the biological potential of chrysosplenetin in the medicine. Conclusions: Literature data analysis revealed the biological importance of chrysosplenetin on bone loss.
