Objectives: Biological activity of herbal medicine and their derived secondary metabolites were mainly because of the different class chemical compounds present in it. Flavonoial class phytochemical has been categorized into different sub-class mainly because of the presence of different active moiety in their basic chemical structure.  Methods: Biological effectiveness of bavachinin in the medicine for their important role in the modulation of enzymes has been investigated through Scientific data analysis of different scientific research works. Detailed pharmacological activities of bavachinin in the medicine have been investigated through Scientific data analysis. Results: Scientific data analysis revealed the therapeutic effectiveness of bavachinin against various types of enzymes as it showed biological effectiveness on human carboxylesterase 1 and human carboxylesterase 2. Scientific data analysis revealed the biological importance of bavachinin in the medicine.  Conclusions: Scientific data analysis revealed the therapeutic effectiveness of bavachinin in the medicine against various types of enzymes.
