Case Study: Tumoral calcinosis is a rare condition characterized by calcium phosphate deposits in subcutaneous soft tissues usually around the joints in end-stage renal disease patient. A case of a 34-year-old male was end-stage renal disease due to chronic glomerulonephritis prescribed hemodialysis treatment regimen for seven years. At his monthly clinic visit, the patient complained of huge mass of coccyx with severe pain. Subcutaneous calcifications is a complication of chronic kidney disease characterized by calcification of the small arteries and tissue. A presumptive diagnosis of subcutaneous calcification led to hospital admission with confirmation by pelvis AP X-ray and pelvis MRI. He was continued to hemodialysis with low calcium diet, aggressive reduction in phosphorus, diet counseling, use of cinacalcet. Progression showed correction of phosphocalcic parameters, with improved calcemia and phosphatemia and the patient's condition slightly improved with radiologic findings.
