AKI is common and dangerous diseases, but experimental models are not common.  Recent microfluidic technologies are much improved, and I am going to share some AKI models using kidney on a chip systems. Gentamicin nephrotoxicity, radiocontrast media induced kidney injury, ischemic injury, colistin nephroxocity and fibrosis models are developed, and septic AKI modelds are developing. More organ-on-a-chip models in the nephrologic fields are challenging.
