IgA nephropathy is the most common glomerulonephritis in Korea. Treatment of IgA nephropathy is depndent on the clinical features such as amount of proteinuria, serverity of hypertension, and degree of azotemia. During recent several years, there are controversy to use steroid treatment for IgA nephropathy. There are clinical trials for several new medications for IgA nephropathy, also. In this lecture, progression of IgA management tools are reviewd and new trials on going are also introduced.
