In this report, we present a case of a patient who presented with a 3 month history of a non-healing wound on her right anterior medial shin in the background of Chronic Kidney Disease on Hemodialysis 3x a week, secondary to IgA Nephropathy. In spite of 3 courses of antibiotics and 1 debridement session, her right leg pain was still persistent and debilitating. A skin biopsy was done and a definitive diagnosis of calciphylaxis was made.
