Interventional Nephrology is one of the subspecialty in nephrology including vascular access which as central catheter insertion and AVF or AVG interventions. AVF/AVG interventions and tunneled catheter insertion have been conducted more quickly and delicate procedure have been done by specialized nephrologist. In ChungNam National University, Interventional Nephrology has started since 24th-April-2012. Total cases more increasing since then, and more nephrologist interested in interventional nephrology and step-wised training system make good trainees. we assumed that AVFor AVG interventions related with seasonal variation. Analyzing total cases and seasonal variation will help nephrologist to provide more information about interventional nephrology and optimal care programs to patient. analysing total case of intervention  in chungnam national urinverisity hospital EMR program and seasonal midian temperature date quoted from Statistics Korea The result show that in 2019 total case 281, PTA was most performed in the 3rd quarter (July~September).  In 2018, total case 385 and PTA was most performed in 4th quarter (october~December) Tunneled cuff catheter insertion was most performed in 3rd quarter in 2019. In 2018, the result show same as previous.  The interventions of nephrology play a crucial role in ESRD and hemodialysis patient. It is important to be concerned about interventional nephrology and the intervention training system will develop specialized interventional nephrologist.
